Waiting on Wednesday and Cover Reveal!

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by the lovelies at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that are eagerly anticipated.

Author: Trinity Faegan
Publication Date: September 25, 2012

The eyes never lie. No one’s eyes are darker than Eryx. Not even the Devil’s.

When Jax and Sasha first see Jordan Ellis, they know she is no ordinary teenager. She’s the daughter of the President after all, but she’s also Anabo – a descendant of Eve.

What they don’t know is that Eryx plans to kidnap Jordan and force President Ellis to pledge his soul. If Eryx’s plot succeeds, the consequences would be catastrophic.

But the Mephisto brothers do know about Jordan’s secret identity. And for one of them, she could be the match that leads to their soul’s salvation.

Now it’s a desperate race against time to save Jordan and prevent Eryx’s haunting eyes from discovering her true identity.

Okay, I ate up The Mephisto Covenant.  I thought it was a stand-alone when I bought it.  I need this book now.  Also, isn't the cover gorgeous?  It was revealed Friday on Cari's Book Blog {hey, nice name! *winks*}, and I like to share the covers I anxiously await with my readers.  You can go to this post on Trinity Faegen's blog and read an excerpt!  I know I don't really get ARCs {ever}, but I think I might die if Trinity decided to send one of this book my way *huge wink*.

I really need to read book 1 so I can read this one, though I am not super crazy about the cover.

I'm a huge fan of the first book, although I recall it starting out kind of slow. I think I love this cover so much because it has a field full of flowers with mountains in the background, plus a pretty white dress... it just reminds me of spring, which we seriously lack sometimes in the Pacific Northwest.

Hmmm... I didn't pick up the first in the series, and I'm not much for love triangles, but the mythology surrounding this sounds interesting. Nice pick!

If you'd like, you can check out my WoW here.

I borrowed Mephisto Covenant from a friend but I still haven't got a chance to read it. This sounds awesome seeing that the sequel has a cover already ;) I think I should read it soon!

There is a sequel? Oh, snap. Didn't know that. The Mephisto Covenant has been on my book wishlist for ages. I hope I can read it before this one comes out. *goes and adds it to goodreads immediately*

Thanks for sharing. And agreed, the cover is gorgeous.

Cecelia - if its like the first one, there won't really be a love triangle {yay!}.

Jay - Thanks for stopping by and saying hi!

Jennifer - I think she might actually be writing a book for each of the Mephisto brothers. In which case, there will be like 5 or 6 more! =D
