In My Mailbox

This is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.  Its a great way to show what you won/bought/borrowed each week {or so}.  I might write one each week, but most likely every couple/few weeks... you'll just have to come and check it out! *Disclaimer: I don't know exactly what happened a couple/few weeks ago about this, but I'm still participating.  If you choose not to, or are doing a different weekly show-and-tell, I would still love to read about it!*

I already wrote about my Powells stash in the last post, and since that wasn't technically this last week, but the week before, I feel good about not having those in this weeks IMM.  However, I did run and pick up a couple books I didn't find at Powells when I got home:

Is it just me, or was Julie Kagawa's The Iron Queen the most difficult out of all of her books to find?  I had to go to 3 different store to finally get my hands on a copy {and each store had all of the other Iron Fey books except this one!}.  And Wendy Higgins' Sweet Evil?  Well, I got lucky that my local Barnes and Noble put it on the shelves a day early!  I was planning on reading that while all doped up after surgery, but I honestly have been too exhausted to even read.  I know, its a bit ridiculous, and I'm really hoping this week is the one that really starts to make the healing process turn around.

Well, that's my little stash for this week!  Thanks for stopping by, and if you leave a comment, please leave a link to your IMM as well {I LOVE reading about the books fellow bloggers have picked up}.

PS - I think this was "beautiful cover" week for me as well.  I love all the Iron Fey covers, and Sweet Evil is gorgeous!

I still need to read the Iron Fey series. I read the first one a couple years back but I didn' treally get into it. After hearing how many people love the series, though, I'm willing to give it another try. Happy reading :]
